Terms and conditions

This Online Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between TAXEAZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLP, a registered LLP operating the website https://taxeaz.in (“TAXEAZ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and you (“you” or “User”), governing your use of our services, including income tax filing, financial document analysis, compliance, and related advisory offerings (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website or Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. License and Scope of Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, lawful purposes. Services may include tax return filing, compliance support, and financial evaluations. Misuse or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age;
  • Legally competent to enter contracts;
  • Using the Services for lawful purposes only.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If you do not wish to proceed with the service, you may request a refund within 15 days of payment, provided work has not been commenced.
  • If TAXEAZ fails to complete the service before the government-mandated deadline, a full refund is eligible.
  • All refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway and administrative charges.
  • Refund requests must be sent to info.taxeaz@gmail.com and will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted.
  • You agree not to misuse the Services for unlawful activities.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Data Privacy

By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, including the collection and processing of sensitive personal information such as PAN, Aadhaar, income details, and bank statements. TAXEAZ uses secure platforms like Razorpay and Hostinger to ensure data protection.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Scheduled maintenance, external disruptions, or legal compliance issues may impact availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and service logic are the intellectual property of TAXEAZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLP. No reproduction, copying, or modification is permitted without explicit written consent.

8. Communication Consent

By registering or interacting with our Services, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp, even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC.

9. Limitation of Liability

TAXEAZ shall not be liable for:

  • User-generated errors;
  • Delays due to user inaction;
  • Acts of third parties (banks, government servers);
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

In all circumstances, our liability is capped at the fee paid by the user for the specific service.

10. Termination

TAXEAZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate any terms. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations remain due.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Aurangabad (Chh. Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra.
